You book your online consultation (60-90 min, free). We talk about your situation, goals, timelines and roadblocks, and we hand you a mini-plan with next steps.

Weeks -8 to -2
Pre-departure preparation
We assign your account manager. Personalised checklists and forms, coordination with partners (health insurance, housing, tax and legal) and flight management if it is in your package.

Days 1-14
Arrival and first days
Support with the registration (Anmeldung), opening a Swiss bank account and activating your health insurance. In-person session included in Premium packages.

Days 15-90
Active support
Ongoing support by email and video call. Follow-up sessions according to your package and review of any contracts that come up.

Month 3+
Long-term follow-up
One-off advice (changing canton, tax returns, permit renewals) and priority access to our partner network.
